Dash Optimization joins Fair Isaac
Fair Isaac is the leader in decision management and a pioneer in the application of predictive analytics to business problems, so it is a great fit for Dash. Fair Isaac’s current product offerings complement Xpress-MP and enable us to offer our customers the most powerful tools and applications for making smarter business decisions.
What does this mean to Dash’s current and prospective customers?
- We will continue to develop and support Xpress-MP as the world’s leading software product for mathematical modeling and optimization.
- We will continue to offer the high level of customer service and support that our customers have come to expect.
- We will continue to sell Xpress-MP as a stand-alone product and to OEM customers to embed into their solutions.
- We will continue to support the Academic Partners Program (APP) which provides free Xpress-MP licenses to Academics.
- We now have the additional tools and resources of a larger company. We will use these tools and resources to improve Xpress-MP and our customer service and support.
- Dash and Fair Isaac have many complementary solutions and technologies. By using these technologies together our customers will be able to turn strategy into action and elevate their business performance by automating more decisions, improving the quality of their decisions, and connecting these decisions across their business.
This acquisition is a strategic move by Fair Isaac that will greatly benefit both Dash and Fair Isaac customers. All of the Dash employees are very excited about this new direction and will continue working as Fair Isaac employees. Fair Isaac views Dash as a key business which it is looking to grow and leverage while making a significant investment in the product suite.
