Renewing your APP Licence

When you are accepted onto Dash's Academic Partner Program (APP), you will be supplied with the Xpress-MP software and a one-year licence to use Xpress-MP on your chosen computers.

When the time comes to renew your licence, please send us a report which describes how you have used Xpress-MP in the previous year. The report must include the four sections below.

1) The name and level of the course(s) on which you have used Xpress-MP, and the approximate number of students who attended;

2) Details of commercial consulting projects in which Xpress-MP was used, including customer contact information and evidence of acknowledgement of Xpress-MP;

3) Details of academic research projects in which Xpress-MP was used, including copies of papers which refer to Xpress-MP;

4) Any other information, reports, papers, links, etc which shows how you have used Xpress-MP;

Please also confirm which computers you would like to be included in your renewed APP licence. The annual licence renewal is the only opportunity to change computers licensed under the APP.

Your licence will only be renewed if the APP terms have been met.

Note: We do not contact universities to remind them to renew the APP licence. As it is a free program, we expect universities to contact us if they want to renew the licence, and to supply evidence that the APP terms have been met. Dash reserve the right not to renew APP licences if they believe that the APP terms have not been met.
